# Changing Nodes

To replace an existing component or pipe material in your flowsheet:

1. Select the component you want to change
2. Right-click and choose "Change Component"
3. Navigate through the menu to select which applicable node can be applied as replacement (e.g., Change Component > Boundary > Assigned Pressure)

This works for both components and pipe materials, even after your model is complete.
